I got inspired by @theladyfox whom has been my idol from very early years, from photography, modelling and all her work to now also caking!

For a while I have been strictly making mousse cakes, but after seeing the amazing creations she has made recently I have decided to give it a go myself, as these are basically made very similarly to my mousse cakes 🎂

This master piece is an XL pumpkin with a creamy pecan jelly, pecan dacquoise and crunch, covered in unbelievably delicate pumpkin mousse 🤤
Coated with callebaut chocolate 🍫 Admittedly I attempted glazing it and the glaze just wouldn’t stick, guess I should look into different recipes 🫠 But I made it work in the end 🤓

I have had the pleasure to participate in the very first master class in the UK ever, ran by @sekundawkuchni and her helper @kacper_edibleaart organised by @damienwager at @edibleartpatisserie 👑

To say it is a dream come true is an understatement! I have gained so much knowledge, experience, techniques, new suppliers and most importantly I have met some incredible people and gained some amazing contacts for life 🫶🏼

The class was so well presented and the vibe and energy was something I have not experienced in a long time; absolutely incredible!!! 🤩

Thank you all so much for making this happen and now it’s time to put all the knowledge and skill into life 🫡♥️
